Dr Winkel was very caring and adjusted things after my 1st surgery, so that 2nd surgery went much better. The staff is great! So caring! They gave extra concern and care!!! Front desk (far right side to patient)could use a little pick me up. Barb

I had such an incredible experience with Dr. Winkles + team! Mel was an angel and made me feel so comfortable from the consult to the surgery. Dr. Winkles explained the procedure in depth and made me feel at ease going into it. I am so impressed with this entire team and I am so thankful for my new lasik vision!

After telling us our insurance was good they sent us a bill telling us they didn't take our insurance. Even after discussing the issue with them. they are still making us pay the full price they billed insurance even if we paid cash.

All were friendly, professional, and caring. From the receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Winkels. I was explained and shown what my procedure was, along with follow up tips. I was comfortable and completely trusting that I was in the best hands. Thank you!

While we miss Tom Strinden dearly (he was an outstanding ophthalmologist, a loyal and cherished friend), Optometrist Dr Swanholm is an excellent and personable eye specialist who takes great care with her patients, especially us older folks!
