The doctors are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist, who I was told is named Christina, was disappointing. She was rude, impatient, and not very friendly. Her attitude did not reflect the level of care provided by the doctors and gave the practice a poor impression. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall patient experience.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they genuinely cared about my well-being. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I never felt rushed and could tell they truly care about their patients.I highly recommend this place!

We are long time patients of Dr Flowers, and we are always happy to see him. The entire staff is friendly, kind, respectful and professional! Dr Flowers goes above and beyond to care for his patients. We are very grateful for everyone there, they make you feel like family! Thank you all so much!!

I had a great experience at bainbridge eye care. I usually see dr flowers and he is a really good dr very friendly and knows what's best for your eyes. Today I saw dr Harrison and she was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me I needed to know. All staff is very polite and professional. Great place to recieve your eye care!
