The staff is very friendly and helpful when you come in to Walmart Vision Center. A special thanks to Miss Angela Cox. I can always count on her to help me find a pair of glasses that's the right fit for my face. The eye Dr.did a great job answering any questions I had and with my eye exam.

Great professional people and courtesy people that work there found the frames we want they did a very good job with the lens and the frames i think I got the best price compared to other Optical places on the outside in Tallahassee so if you're looking for a nice set of frames and glasses i give them a shot because if you go to an optical store for an eye exam you could take your prescription to Walmart because they do handle cash and most insurance companies and by far I think you're going to get the better deal by going to Walmart and get your eyeglasses filled i hope this recommendation helps you

I went to purchase a pair of glasses at Walmart optical in Bainbridge, Ga after I paid my portion of copayments I received an additional bill of 55.00 from Walmart to pay for my glasses and it was a nightmare to receive an explanation of charges. The manager did not know the billing phone number to call however I was advice to call the billing department. The day I had time to stop by and pick up my glasses they told me I had to come back because the person who can help me with that was not there. They have poor customer service.

I had an issue with my eyeglasses, but the staff especially the manager was very helpful in addressing the problem.

Dr Jacobs is an excellent optometrist. He is very knowledgeable and he is patient and thorough.
