Friendly Eyes Optometry

This location is professional, customer centric and clean. All of the staff were welcoming. Ayani Winter was my Optometric Technician. She was attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Starchville worked well regarding my exam and informed me of all details of my visit. My two sons also had appointments and we could not ask for better care. They truly are friendly at Friendly Eyes Optometry. Don’t change. Well done.

Very complete eye exam they explain every step. Picked out 3 pair of glasses. It was so easy since everything is digital now they had my insurance information all ready to go

My daughter's glasses were lost on vacation. I was able to book an appointment online the same day. We arrived and were quickly greeted and taken back for the exam. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. They had a large selection of frames to choice from. My daughter was able to get fitted and they had her glasses ready in an hour. We will never go anywhere else.

The young man who checked me in and didvthe first test was very helpful. I asked questions and he answered each one. He was very knowledgeable of the process. He arranged the video call with the optometrist. I had never used the video call before. It went very well. He gave me information on my cloudy sticky eyes that I should use. Have never been told about this before. The optometrist was very knowledgeable. Overall it was a great appointment.

Customer service is excellent, even when faced with computer issues, the follow-through was great! Stayed in contact with me to complete the eye exam process. All of my questions were answered and accurate. Very happy with my exam and eye glass purchase. Thank you all!!
