I've called three times to get an appointment set up and have not gotten a callback. I've also tried the chat through their website, to no avail. They may be too busy for new patients, but it would be nice to at least get some acknowledgement of that since they (1) indicate on the website to call to schedule an appointment and (2) indicate when leaving a message that they will call you back. I really wanted to stay local, but if this is an indication of the level of their customer service, I will look elsewhere.

Nice staff, very thorough exam but they didn’t try to push additional services and they were happy to answer my questions.

I always appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of this office. Dr. Egashira is friendly, thorough and explains all facets of your eyes well. The optimap is a great service as it allows the doctor to walk you through the health of your eyes and show you comparisons year over year.
