Excellent visit. The team was friendly and professional, explained my insurance coverage clearly, and didn’t pressure me to buy pricey frames. I felt well taken care of.

I don’t usually go to this place but I had to last minute on Tuesday, after this visit i definitely won't be going back to this location. The place was dirty, we saw bugs on the floor while my niece was looking at glasses. On top of that the woman sitting in the front desks wouldn't even look up from her phone, almost felt like we were bothering her. Overall the exam was quick, the lady by the door took us back fast, and the one who took the tests was very kind and informative. The exam took no more than twenty minutes and Dr. Hur was a delight. Just wish the facility was more professional.

Scheduling over the phone took longer than expected with Yesenia, and when I arrived the front desk seemed preoccupied and didn’t look up right away. Someone from the back came out and greeted me, which I really appreciated. I found a pair of glasses I love, and the doctor was awesome helpful, patient, and friendly. The manager, who usually helps me, walked in shortly after I arrived and, as always, was fantastic. Because of the great service from the other staff and the manager, I’m happy to give Bakersfield Eye Care a five star review.
