Amanda Reed is a HORRIBLE doctor!! She’s disrespectful and rude to children and adults. I do NOT recommend seeing her.
I guess I should've looked at the reviews before I drove 4 hours to take my dad to his eye appointment. I would have taken him somewhere else. The bldg was clean & the visit went well. Very helpful staff. The trouble is it's been over 3 weeks & still no glasses. My dad's glasses are broken & he's got them taped together so this needed to be a fast turn around. I called ofc 4 times but they can't help. I even paid them extra to have them overnighted to my dad when they came in. So today I call & I'm told they don't overnight glasses via UPS, they use standard mail & they can't refund my $$. She had no idea where they are at this point. I am so disappointed in this place. I've never ever had to wait more than a week to get my glasses. The ofc manager is supposed to call me back... some time. It looks like others have had even worse experiences than we have. If you have the option, I suggest going somewhere else unless you have nothing but time to wait. If the problem is with the Lab, then they need to find another one because they are giving this facility a bad name!
I really appreciate this place. My son and I both see the eye Dr and have had great experiences with him, we love the convenience of the pharmacy and my son sees the dentist and we are both very happy with him. My only complaint is that they don't have room for me at the dentist.
My health insurance was dropped, because I did not renew it in time, but I had no idea. They should have told me this BEFORE I went to my appointment. Now I got a $180 bill. They also put me on anti-depressants, but since Im now $180 in the hole, I cant afford the medications anymore either. So I just had to stop taking them cold turkey. They need to do a lot btr job of informing people if they do not have healthcare BEFORE they get charged $180 for a 15 min visit. Feels like I got robbed.
