Baldwin Optical

Both my parents got their frames from here. There's alot of frames to choose from. My family gets their frames from Baldwin Optical. They recently got a new eye dr. These people are nice, friendly. They're polite & patient; they let us take our time when we needed to pick out frames that we liked; they always ask about my family & they really care about us. They do go the xtra mile to make sure you have what you need. They took their time to evaluate each member of my family. We're happy & satisfied with their work. I recommend them in a heartbeat!

We ordered my safety glasses almost 2 months ago and we still haven’t gotten them. My experience has been like this every time I use Baldwin for my work glasses. They will say about 2 weeks and then I just keeps getting pushed back. Never again will I put myself through this frustration. 2 months is excessive and frustrating. And zero apologies just more false time lines. At this point I’m not even sure I will ever get them. Save yourself from frustration and go elsewhere!

They took the time needed to help my daughter get what she wanted for her glasses. Everyone there was friendly and polite and patient and the atmosphere was not rushed. It was really great. They let us take the time we needed to pick her glasses frames. The doctor we saw was very friendly, Professional and polite. He took the time needed to make sure that my daughter was going to be able to see. It was really great compared to what we have experienced in the past.

Great company great people! Whenever I go in it seems they're busy, and I think that's for a reason. I've been getting my glasses from Baldwin Optical for over 10 years now and they've treated me great every time helping me get what I'm looking for! 10/10 recommend.

WORST customer service ever!!! One star rating is being generous. We ordered glasses on December 2 & was told to expect them in 10 business days. My wife & I were also told to expect a phone call when they were ready. After waiting for 2 1/2 weeks & not hearing from them my wife called & was told to expect them to be in within the week. After waiting another week she again called & was told that Bob had broken a lens so the glasses had to be re-ordered. She was again told to expect a phone call to let us know when they were ready. My wife called back 10 days later on December 28 because we had not heard from them & she was told that the company would not be able to make the glasses until the end of January! She informed them that we were not going to wait another 4 or more weeks for glasses that we were told we would have by mid-December. She then asked for a refund & the next day when we went in to pick up the check Bob walked right by as we were waiting at the desk without even acknowledging us. At no time was there ever an apology made for the delays, lack of communication on their part or the poor customer service we received. We would not recommend Baldwin Optical to anyone as this was probably the WORST experience we've ever had in dealing with a local business.
