Just switched from another local provider to BWEye, the experience is a complete 180 degrees for the better. The Doctor personally did my exam and listened to issues I had previously. She ensured my prescription would be correct the first time. She actually profiled my prescription in the office during the exam and had me test it before it was ordered. Her team is very supportive and friendly. Both pairs came in after a reasonable time and worked right out of the case. Something I had not experienced in many many years. I am now a repeat customer.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR FIRST TIMERS!!! Everyone is there was so nice. Annette in particular was incredibly helpful. I originally only went in to get RX lens for my Maui Jim sunglasses since they are an authorized dealer. While I was there I ended up talking to Annette for about an hour going over different pairs of frames they carry in the store. Even though I asked a TON of questions, she was patient with me and gave honest opinions on how they looked on me. Without a doubt this is where I will be going from now on to get all of my eye care needs taken care of. BW Eye Center on Resort Rd is the ONLY PLACE anyone with Maui's should go...I had called another place first that was listed on MJ's site but they were short with me and said they could not help me even though they are listed on MJ's site as an rx dealer for them.

Last year, in 2016, I went to the Baltimore Washington Eye Center in Glen Burnie due to severe redness and inflammation on both eyes. There, I met Dr. Strier. I have since received the best treatment and have followed her here in Turf Valley. And after a follow up one year later, I can say that I made the best decision to stick with her and the BW Eye Center team at this new facility. I cannot express just how happy I am with the service I have received. I highly recommend this location for any and all eye care needs.

Dr. Strier was fantastic. She took her time during the exam an explained everything she was seeing. She told me that I had the beginnings of cataracts, but not to worry because they were not impacting my vision or lifestyle. She did suggested that I get glasses for driving at night. I took he prescription to the BW Eye Optical Department an was amazed that the glasses were not that expensive. The optician was tremendous and made sure the glasses properly fit when I picked them up.

The very best service! Annette was fabulous. Really knows her stuff! They promised the glasses within 2 weeks, and they came in one! A customer for life!
