Came here to get an eye exam done for my fiance and the Dr was SO unprofessional!! Her vibes just didn’t give friendly when she walked in the door either she never even smiled nothing. What im mostly pissed about and why im leaving a review is she told my fiance he was “pathetic” bc he couldn’t put a contact lens in during the appointment…MIND YOU she had just dilated his eyes 15-20 min pior and hes never used or even touched a contact before very very unprofessional and sad excuse of a dr!! idc what it is you are supposed to be professional NOT make your patients feels shitty!!

If I was able to give no stars or a negative star review I would. Dr pelfrey-jones (if I'd even call her that since she wants to diagnosis my son and act like a behavioralist) not even within 5 mins of seeing my son she said my son isnt autistic not once but twice and where he got his diagnosis from. Then proceeded to point at herself and say shes autistic and he will grown out of it. I know this review isnt going to do squat cause after four years or longer of being there shes still there being a horrible person to everyone she meets. She needs to be fired!!!!!!!! I will NEVER go there again after I get my glasses for my kids and I. The only nice people there were the front desk girls. I really appreciate you girls for being kind and patient with my son.

I had the same problem with the Dr Sandra Pelfrey - Jones always seen I think his name was Dr Henson and then when I have called the last 3 years they say there are no Doctors other than her working there and the first time I saw her was I believe 4 years before that and she denied giving me my prescription to get glasses. So it has been 3 years since I've gotten a new pair of Glasses and went to renew my license and I only got one until the end of December. I've been so paranoid of seeing another doctor my son would take me to a place where you can get your glasses that day but I'm on Medicare and Medicaid. So I have got to go as I really have trouble even watching TV. I'm not the only person that has been treated badly and she cut me down because I was a little overweight and I've lost 30 lbs but I refuse to see her and I don't believe that there's not a Dr from out of town there maybe once a week or every 2 weeks or even once a month. And there has got to had turned her in because of her attitude on people and worse on kids.

The Dr here is very unprofessional, unwelcoming and very harsh. My 5 year old mixes letters up still, had to come for the kindergarten exam and the Dr was very rude to him about. He got in the car after we were done and he said he never wanted to go back cause that Dr was so mean to him. Isn't she suppose to be there to help any age person? Isn't she suppose to be there to be welcoming and nice? She is the furthest thing away from comforting, nice, welcoming. She should be ashamed of herself for making anyone feel bad for coming in for a simple eye exam.

Did NOT feel welcomed here at all. Dr was very rude. Said rude comments to my wife after my wife answered her questions. And when it came down to my time with the doctor, she barely spoke to me at all. After she was done with me, she just started at me and pointed to the waiting room. Not even “have a good day thank you for coming”. Absolutely nothing. Very horrible experience. Please do not come here. It is not worth it.
