I recently participated in an FDA contact lens study with Madison, Jen, and Karen, and I had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, they made the process easy to understand and ensured I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. They were always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I had to bring my son with me to two of the visits, and they were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and patient, which made a huge difference. Their kindness and attention to participants really stood out throughout the study. I truly appreciated how organized, informative, and supportive they were, and I would gladly participate in another study with them in the future. Dr. Movic and his team were wonderful to work with during my study. As this was my first experience participating in a study, they kept me well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.
