Everyone here has been amazingly nice, from the lovely people who answer the phones and check you in, to the technicians that get you ready, to the doctors. No one WANTS to go to the doctor, but everyone in this office makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

Everyone at the office was polite, professional and very helpful. From setting up the appointment, making payment arrangements, to seeing Dr. Garrigan, the whole staff was always concerned in making sure my needs were met. Dr. Garrigan was very personable and did an outstanding job of identifying and addressing my eye care. Kelly at the front desk was friendly and treated me with respect through the whole process and did an out standing job of customer service. Isabella also was very personable and knowledgeable in assisting Dr. Garrigan at my examination. A very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend this facility and the whole Gailey Eye Clinic team to anyone who needs expert and customer focused eye care.

Dr Basa was so rude when I asked a question about my wife’s retina. He explained she’s old so I should expect it and walked out of the room without answering. My question. He is the worst ophthalmologists here. Go to Dr Sobin! He works there and is impeccable and thorough. STAY AWAY

I've left three messages on separate dates and have gotten no response regarding my contact lenses. Customer service at it's finest. I will say that when I had my eye appointments though, everyone was friendly and service was good. I just wish they would actually return calls when you have a question regarding your contacts.
