Loved getting new glasses here! They got me in quickly and Cherity helped me pick out my new frames. She helped with finding out if we were eligible for any discounts since we were doing self pay - which I appreciated so much! It saved us hundreds on the final bill. Give that girl a raise! 😉

Very poor communication. Today was the last straw. We showed up for an appointment we had made 6 weeks ago for 2 kids who very much need their prescriptions updated. They said “sorry, we don’t have a doctor today” and when I asked them why I didn’t get a call all they could say is “we always try to reach out to people” but they didn’t. But that’s not the first time we’ve had miss communication. Twice when we were getting glasses they never called us to say they came in. Among other discrepancies, I will not be returning to this location. I will say I did like the doctor. He was always very thorough and explained things well. Most of the front desk staff has been lacking in communication, knowing their own policies, being organized, and just simple politeness seemed to be an issues with several of them.
The doctor took what was probably upwards of 30 minutes to see me, and while I wish I could say it was because of a young patient that was having trouble, he also took twenty minutes or so to send off the information needed for my glasses (though it could be a machine error, he said he was going to check my old prescription.) I will give him the benefit of doubt. However the lady who helped me choose my glasses was exceptional (I believe her name was Alissa?). Made the experience fun, personalized, and easy. Easy to talk with, communicate with, good understanding of my wants and willing to work with my preferences. She even helped find some more options close to what I wanted from the drawers and back when I said I wanted more options and while we waited. Great employee and a good person- you guys hire right! My glasses came in a week later like they said they would and they helped me adjust them when I said they didn't quite fit or look right. Overall, 4/5 stars and would recommend Alissa to anyone.
I've been going here for many years. Dr. Hahn is very thorough, and the front office staff know their stuff. A couple of them have been there for as long as I've been going there, so there's a lot of combined experience there. Once, when I was compelled to change insurance I had to go somewhere else because Bard wasn't on the plan. I hate it when insurance carriers do that, but I'll get off my soapbox now! Once Bard was back on the plan I started going there again.
Very nice office. The Doctor and his assistant were very kind. Eventhough they were very busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. Danielle helped me pick out frames with such kindness and professionalism. Hope to see her when I pick up my glasses and super cool sunglasses, Danielle also helped pick out.
