I don't give 5 stars very often. Here, they touched all the norms of a Dr. visit in a good way. I arrived before my appointment, which is our duty as a patient. Greeted when I arrived. The check in was easy and fun. You do it yourself at the kiosk. It is smart to pre-register with all that taken care of beforehand. All checked in and I was called on time. I happen to be seeing the optometrist this visit, my first visit here. Swiftly, but methodically moved through each diagnostic station. Passed from one technician to the next. Each seemingly an expert in their respective tasks. Gathering data on my condition for a smooth handoff to the Optometrist. Never waiting more than a few minutes between stations. Everyone seemed like they wanted to be there. It is noticeable, with smiles and genuine friendliness. The Dr. was very pleasant. He didn't seem to be hurrying or rushing. I was informed of my status and treatment plan. Given a coupon for the OTC medicine. Answered all my questions so to be sure I know what to do. Offered future support and a one-year revisit plan. I went right home and ordered my new computer glasses. Can't wait for them to arrive. Thanks for letting me share, CrazyCAT5150.

I have been a patient of Barnet Dulaney Perkins since before it included Perkins. I had Lasik surgery 28 years ago by Dr Perkins and was more than satisfied with the results. Just this week I had my first cataract surgery by Dr Atodaria. I am so pleased with the results within 2 days of surgery that I can't wait for eye #2. The staff was all very pleasant, and everyone explained each step of the process to me.

So i saw the doctor today to talk about my cataract surgery. Then the scheduler comes out gives ne my dates but tells me I have to buy my own supplies and bring them with me the day of my surgery. Eye patch paper tape systane drops and sunglasses which I dont need. Those 3 items costing me 35.00 plus tax what the heck. Why in gods name am I buying my own surgical supplies. Outrageous! I was so mad driving all the way home. I refuse to pay for my own supplies. Are you to cheap i should not have to provide my own medical supplies i called them back and asked to speak to the office manager this isn't making me happy at all.. so I dont purchase u dont do the surgery or will u force me to buy yours at 45.00.... nope. Not my problem

Brought my wife here for cataract surgery. I got a call on my phone and this woman told me that she was ready for pickup on the East side of the building. I asked for some clarification and this woman just sounded annoyed and repeated "the EAST side". The staff here are pretty rude to paying customers. What an attitude.

2 days ago I had cataract surgery. DR Atodaria performed the procedure. I was able to communicate with him and he described the procedure as he was performing it step by step. No pain no worries and in 5 minutes it was over. Thank you Dr. Atodaria and everyone at Barnet Dulaney Perkins. Today I was able to take a short easy peasy stroll.
