I will give you a 5 star based on personal 1:1 attention i received from each employee who assisted me. My only comment is i have to wait 2 months before my scheduled surgery. I was told I could be moved up sooner so I'm praying to move up sooner the better. They are very well deserving of their 4.9 quality ratings
My 88 year-old mother was being seen by another eye group And after two visits and another scheduled, she still had the painful eye issue. Horizon Eye Center was recommended to us and we are so happy we went. Dr. Cook and the office staff were amazing. After 1 visit, my mother is doing much better. I wish we had started her care with Horizon.
Extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the entire team. Their personal care and expertise throughout the entire procedure was a very positive experience. I didn't realize how poorly my eye sight was until I had my cataract removed and a short painless healing time. I highly recommend Horizon Eye Specialists.
I am so grateful to have found an eye doctor and business who truly cares about its patients. I had eye pain but my insurance was no longer accepted but they got me in to see Dr. Nuttall. He is the best!!! He was so helpful in dealing with my issue and extended grace on the financial end as well. Then his office staff found me another doctor who was on my insurance. These people went above and beyond!!! They deserve ten stars!
I have been going to Horizon for over a year now. The doctors are all professional and patient to listen to my concerns and needs. I recently brought my mom to the practice from her other provider and she had a great experience too. Highly recommend.
