I’m always satisfied when I have to go to get my eyes checked at this company because they give you top notch service from the receptionist who ate very nice and respectful as well as the young lady Emerald who took care of me in examining my eyes in the back office . They explain everything that they’re going to be doing before they do proceed with it which is very important to me. I highly appreciate this company to my family and friends and I know that’ll continue to operate this same way in the future because they’ve been in business for a long time!!! Satisfied Customer

I had an amazing visit! Dr. Bockhorst was absolutely awesome! He’s so nice, and explained everything very well! His staff was also very nice! I’m glad I ended up at this office!!

Tried to make appointment for glasses prescription. Didn’t want to get glasses because the other time I tried it cost me a fortune and I was never able to wear them and neither the prescriber nor the Rx filler would fix the problem so it was a scam. Paid lots of $ with nothing to show for it. So now my vision is much worse, still fluctuates which nobody can answer why - I have eye infection with white stuff coming out and no answer for that either. So I’m trying to make appointment for glasses Rx but this phone person is confrontational and wants to know why I’m coming in. Then she tells me that they have zero records of any of my care at this doctor office. Really? Well how do you get paid and keep your doors open? If my insurance refuses to pay for duplicate testing this will have to be addressed in a professional manner. 5/18/26. This Dr either did not read my medical file or failed to comprehend what he read. I cannot have steroid medication! He prescribed a steroid Rx and failed to correct the problem after being notified with a non-steroidal alternative of which there are several available. I still have the prescription that I cannot take with your name on it thus your claim of no records of me at your practice after the horrible reception by your receptionist is a multiple indictment of your practice.

The office staff were very helpful during check in and checking out. Everyone was pleasant. Dr Bockhorst took a lot of time explaining what he saw with my eyes and what he recommended. This was a very positive experience.

Staff was helpful and patient. Facility was clean and comfortable. Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, answered my questions in details that I could understand.
