The staff was amazing! They answered all of my questions and were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. I felt well-informed and educated at every step, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I have been coming to this Nationwide Vision location for the past 3 years, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and makes me feel welcome. After my eye exam, Hanna. helped me choose my new glasses. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options so I could make the best decision on which frames to get. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for outstanding customer service and want to be treated with respect and care. Optometrist is knowledgeable and a good person. She told me to see someone about cataracts instead of selling me glasses. They are all very nice but I can't comment on the glasses part. Very professional

I was the first person in that morning. I was greeted right away. I looked at a few glasses I like and then I saw the doctor. A one doctor. Was validated that I can’t see to read. And also I have some jazzy grey spots in my eyes and flashes of lights in the corners. Suggested I go see my diabetic eye doctor as soon as I could. Then after that the gal did a wonderful time with me. The care credit call took forever but you got it done thanks
