Was on a spark order and got told randomly that they weren’t able to give us the order with 4 people in the car, pretty much denying us the order. Disappointed in the Togo people here, poor attitude and service. And whoever the woman was with the long black hair and piercing needs to work on her customer service fr. 🙃
Everytime I make an order with deli food it's less than half the weight it should be. They really need to start weighing the food. Paying almost $4 for a third of a pound is crazy. The delivery drivers are always great though!
They have a great selection of salads! I only buy Cobb Salads! Walmarts salad! I've been on a diet for 5 yrs. Lost over 165 pounds. Love the Cobb Salads. I buy 10 at a time! Easy to see from the main road. Easy parking. Great informative Staff! Extremely helpful! Love this place!
A huge thank you to the staff members who went above and beyond today to make sure I was able to purchase a Hatchin Yoshi. They were kind and very helpful. Customer service is a lost art, but today in Kendallville it was front and center.
Wish things had been laid out better in the electronic section, the help was good. I still have to take the item back because it doesn’t work.
