Very nice staff and Doctors here. Always an accommodating and compassionate atmosphere, even when busy. I won't be going anywhere else. Dr Moyer is my doctor, she is a great opthamologist and I highly recommend her.

Horrible experience. I wanted to do a consultation for LASIK and I’m still in shock at how unprofessional this place is. I’m amazed they haven’t been shut down for an FDA audit or malpractice lawsuit. Where to start… For starts, don’t worry about being there on time. I was given a clipboard with pages of bad photocopies to fill out, and then had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time. Second, and probably the worst part is the administrative staff. It’s like this office will hire whoever accepts the position for minimum wage. They looked homeless, one wearing a faded black hoody, but I guarantee you the average homeless person is far nicer than these people. Like when I checked in, their greeting is “what do you want?” At another point I asked “Sorry, but I just remembered a question, could I ask one more question to Dr. Batra?” And they said “Probably not, but what is it?” I wanted to ask about how or what Batra Vision does to stand out above other practices, and her response “You should have done your research before getting here.” It was a comically bad answer, but at least she got Dr. Batra again. Then the circus just continued. They wouldn’t even give me a basic consultation without charging me for a second eye exam, despite just coming from an optometrist visit, with paperwork in hand from an optometrist who recommended Batra Vision. They dilated my eyes and during this process they forgot what I was even there for, so I’m half blind just following someone through hallways as they ask what they were supposed to do. And the whole visit was 4 hours, just for 15 minutes of Dr. Batra’s time. Like, I’d have paid up to $400 just for those 15 minutes and gone through with surgery, but instead I get charged $530 for 4 hours of this agony. In the end, I had to pass. I felt like during surgery if anything went wrong, I would be left to bleed out on a on operating table because they wouldn’t know what to do. They made the decision easier by not calling me back for another month as they were moving their rental surgery office.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I asked a simple question and the lady on the phone said “OH WE DON’T DO THAT” then slammed the phone to hang up on me. I called back 2 times and they didn’t pick up. All the 1 star reviews here are accurate. Waste of time, truly don’t know how to handle things. Don’t bother with this stupid place.
My go to place for frames and great prices and a very good selection. Nice customer service as well never had any problems getting glasses repaired if needed it. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE GREAT SERVICE HERE AT BATRA vision.
The doctor and eye exam were fine, but do not order frame glasses here. I ordered a pair and waited three weeks. The moment I put them on, they made me extremely dizzy and were clearly not a proper fit. I told the optical staff that the lenses were likely made incorrectly, but they insisted it was an issue with the prescription. They required me to return for another vision test, even though the prescription was not the problem. I used the same prescription to order glasses online, and those fit perfectly. It is the exact same prescription. I don’t understand how the staff could assume the lenses were made correctly without checking anything. On top of that, I was made to wait in the office all morning despite clearly stating that I needed to go to work and could not stay that long. My comment was completely ignored. I am very disappointed with this purchase and the service. I will not be returning to this optical shop.
