A very nice optometry office in downtown San Leandro. Parking is available. My optometrist Dr Flores, is very friendly and knowledgeable , she patiently answers all my questions. There are other optometrist there in case she is scheduled out. The office is larger and have an impressive array of glasses to choose from. If you have to wait for your doctor, have a cappuccino or tea! They will make it for you… who does that these days? They take insurance and they have bilinguals doctors and front office employees. Very nice team and nice amenities

As usual, the lovely people at Flores Optometry were lovely! They are highly skilled, professional, and personable. I always feel cared for when I’m with them and look forward to my annual visit with them each year! I bet money your current optometrist isn’t nearly as great as this one!

I've been a client for at least a decade and always come back. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I've been seen by Dr. Lam for my last few visits. She's always very professional and quite thorough with her consultation. They have a very comprehensive selection of frames for eyeglasses & sunglasses. The office is very comfortable. I always feel like I'm their #1 customer. Highly recommend; 10/10

I’ve consistently had a great experience with Dr. Flores and the entire team. Dr. Flores is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always maintains a positive, reassuring attitude. The staff is just as impressive—friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. It’s always a smooth, welcoming visit from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have visited this place 3 times and everyone have been nice in the past, but I was determined not to purchase anything since most of there frames are quite expensive, but Lizzie was amazing she went above and beyond. Not only was she polite but she was super patient and helpful with my selection. She understood my concerns and help my needs. Thank you Lizzie.
