Bauer & Clausen Optometry

I had a great experience with Bauer & Clausen Optometry. They are very professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and I always felt like my questions and concerns were taken seriously rather than rushed or overlooked. What stood out most was how easy they made everything. Doctors are amazing! They took the time to explain things clearly, kept me informed, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the way they handled everything. I would definitely recommend Bauer & Clausen to anyone looking for an eye checkup with knowledgeable, reliable, and professional team. I’m very grateful for all the help I received!

If anyone needs an eye doctor, I highly highly recommend Bauer & Clausen Optometry in Billings. It's in a great location with lots of available parking. It's posh and upscale without the cha-ching price tag. We didn't have to wait. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Like holy crap amazing. The girl who helped me pick my glasses was so flattering and complimentary. Their glasses selection was awesome. The front desk gals were so friendly and helpful. My son and I each had appointments. My tech and doctor were fabulous and caring. My son's tech and doctor were the best. I was worried about a 6 year old getting an eye exam, but they were so professional and kind. It is a Billings business, but definitely has the small-town "hey we actually care about you" vibe. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend. I don't think I have been as impressed with a business as I am with them. Oh, plus they gave me a mug, and my kiddo got a small stuffed animal and a coupon for a free Krispy Kreme donut. 😊

Possibly the worst experience getting eye glasses I have ever experienced, Dr. Wen was excellent, the female staff may have been kind at times, yet individual women chose not to do there job. when I asked for adjustments Emily just stared at me doing nothing. Now my glasses are broke from falling off my face. Overpriced products that don't last. Disgusting waste of money, that I worked hard on to earn.

First visit was impressive! They make an effort to show they care about customer service. I loved Dr. Nguyen! He was genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this business for all of my optometry care.

Very pleased!! Excellent and knowledgeable, staff and service. After using the same optometrist office for 20+ years. I was a little nervous about seeing someone new Or if they could help me with my concerns. They gave me tests that I had never had performed before, delve into my eye issues, answered all my questions and gave me options. Going forward. I really felt as if I was making progress With an issue, I had been dealing with for a long time. It was a relief. Very good and professional.
