I had such a great experience at Bauer Eye Care today! I had accidentally messed up my appointment when I tried to reschedule it yesterday, but when I showed up today, the staff was so understanding and was still able to get me checked in, complete all my paperwork and insurance referral, and get me seen without any hassle. Dr. Pallini was wonderful and made the whole experience so easy, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how accommodating and kind everyone was. I would definitely recommend Bauer Eye Care!
