Great service! Everyone is attentive and friendly. I really liked Dr. Bertler, she is thorough. Im happy that it’s a small practice in Bridgewater with other locations; Plymouth, Mansfield, Easton, Cederville & Duxbury. There was no waiting, and a nice selection of frames if needed—contacts also. Bay Eye Center has all the equipment the larger vision conglomerates have. “My new place!”
Marcy was awesome at solving my eyeglass problem. Everyone in this place of Business was very nice and super professional. Plus, very knowledgeable about what they were doing with a new style glasses. I’ve never gotten before their transitional lenses. Great people I would recommend if someone does all their business with them cause that’s what I’m doing from now on.
Would give zero if it was an option! I had to miss work and wake my daughter up from her nap to make it to this appointment and I arrive to find out that they gave my appointment away... the "owner" was extremely rude, offered no solution but to wait around for two more hours for another appointment and never took accountability. I was over it when she started screaming at me and saying she is canceling my 5 year olds appointment too! Be careful if you make an appointment because it might not be there when you get there!

They are a bunch of smart persons specially the Dr Who examined my eyes. Dr. Smith she is smart and funny. She makes me laugh trough out the entire time. She is simply the best.period
