Two weeks ago, I came in after experiencing a miscarriage, which was later confirmed. I was seen by the same gynecologist I had previously in 2021. From the beginning of the appointment, I felt dismissed and unheard. When he entered the room, his greeting was brief and felt unprofessional, and throughout the visit he remained focused on his computer without making eye contact or taking the time to truly listen to my concerns. I tried to explain my situation, including the fact that this was my third miscarriage, but I was not given the opportunity to fully discuss my medical history or ask questions. I was simply handed paperwork for blood work and told, “I’ll see you in two weeks.” Since then, I have not received any follow-up call regarding my test results or my condition, and I am still waiting for answers. Overall, I left feeling emotionally dismissed and unsupported during a very sensitive moment in my life. I expected basic compassion, communication, and follow-up care, but unfortunately, I did not receive that level of attention. Patients deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and properly followed up with—especially in situations involving pregnancy loss. I hope the office improves how they handle patient communication and care going forward.

The dental department customer service is very unprofessional, they cause me a ticket violation . I m actually switching to a new dentist. I give 3 stars because some of the other departments are okay 👍..
DO NOT COME HERE, I REPEAT. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE when it comes to service. They lie about almost everything. I came in a week ago for lab work and Carla, had told me that I would receive my results within 2-5 business days. However when I called within the window, I was told that she went on vacation and won’t be back until Friday?! That’s insane and highly unprofessional! Ever since then I’ve been calling and calling to see if someone, any one could help me but they just blow you off, constantly telling you to leave voice mails, and/or say to check online. They don’t even know what they be saying or doing and how it can really confuse people. I should have never came here in the first place and I HIGHLY advise anyone to not waste your time here because they will. DO BETTER or better yet, shut this place down or get better staff!!
Some of the staff are very unprofessional, my husband was scheduled for an appointment on 6/15/26 at 5:20 , we got there on time ( we were supposed to get there a bit early but due to the cabo verde soccer game the streets were crowded with people and cops anyway we went straight to his doctors office but there was no one there we waited a couple of minutes thinking that maybe the receptionist was in the restroom or something like that after that we went to the main entrance to ask the staff there if there was anyone in the office and we were told that after 5 pm all appointments are on the second floor ( there was no sign and we were never told that before ) anyway we went to the second floor and there was a pretty big line that was moving very slow , so by the time we got to the receptionist it was 5:35 pm ( “15 minutes late for his appointment “ ) so I told her we were there for my husband’s appointment that was supposed to be at 5:20 and as I was still talking the receptionist started laughing and being rude saying that we were beyond late just being sarcastic and unprofessional, so I tried to explain what happened that we were on time and for over 10 min waiting in line but she kept laughing , being sarcastic and interrupting me telling me to give her the phone number in the most stupid way so I told her that we were on time and that there was no reason for her to be disrespectful so she kept sarcastically laughing so I walked away and told my husband to deal with her
When I first came to Brockton three years ago, my counselor from the institution strongly advise to visit. I've visited it just recently and love it.
