From my daughter, Emma: I am 13 years old and have been seeing eye doctors since I was 3. Of everyone I’ve seen, Dr. Burrows has the warmest personality. She takes time to explain everything and answers all of my questions in a way that makes it easy to understand. She never rushes me and is always on time for our appointments. The women who work at Bay Eye Center are just as lovely. As soon as I walk in the door, they greet me and my mom with the brightest smiles. They are always helpful when my mom has any questions or needs to get me in to be seen on short notice. They also have great candy at the reception area! I love Bay Eye Center and trust them to help me so I can experience the world with 20/20 clarity!

I had an amazing experience at Bay Eye Center from start to finish. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. They made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions about getting contact lenses without any hassle. The nurse was also fantastic — very friendly, patient, and thorough during the pre-exam process. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which made the entire experience even better. The doctor was outstanding. They took the time to carefully examine my eyes, listened to my needs, and made sure I was properly fitted for contact lenses. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about getting me the best results and comfort. What really stood out was how seamless everything was, including getting my contact lens supply. The team made the process easy and convenient, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Overall, Bay Eye Center provided excellent service from the front desk to the nurse, to the doctor, and even with the contact lens supply. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality eye care.

Bay Eye Center is great. The staff was very welcoming and the doctor made it easy to get a check up eye exam. I havent been to an eye doctor in years and they made it very easy. I highly recommend coming here for eye care.

I was at Bay Eye Center this morning to pick out new glasses. What a wonderful and professional experience! It was quick and painless, which says a lot, because eye glasses shopping can be quite the ordeal! Fran and Nancy at the front desk were so kind and helpful, Kristen, who helped me choose and purchase my glasses, was patient and brought out lots of different options for me to choose from even though, with my prescription, options can be quite limited. Christine, (office manager), gave wonderful input and manages an obviously top-notch staff! Having been to optometrists' and opthomologists' offices for over 48 years of my life, I've seen it all! This one, by far, ranks as one of the best! I highly recommend the practice and thank them all!

Bay Eye Center in Duxbury, Ma. Was a great experience for Me! I was running late for my appointment and Fran who answered the phone when I called told if it was within a 15 minute “window” I was fine. Didn’t want to chance it, so she offered me a later appointment (someone had just called & cancelled their appointment) the same day within an hour from my original time. Dr. Burrows was professional/personable, the assistant who took the photos of my eyes was also very good. The woman who helped me with choosing a frame for my eyeglasses was very patient & offered many frames to choose from!! The office has been updated and looks wonderful. I highly recommend the Bay Eye Center in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Located at 27 Railroad Ave
