Went for a routine eye exam today, with Dr Kahan at Baystate Eye, after I was pleased with my experience here last year. Had a great experience again today. Dr. Kahan was patient, informative, answered all my questions and did not try to nudge me to buy glasses from his office/shop. The office staff were all friendly and helpful. So easy to find parking right near the office is so easy, which is a plus.
Been with Dr Khan for years, now my daughter comes here with me as well, great bonding day and its never a dull visit. I love everyone in this office veryt kind, Dr Khan is hilarious!
Great experience. Seen on time. Receptionist was great. Forms took a minute to fill out. Eye testing took only a few minutes. When I saw Dr Kahn he was very personable. Explained all my eye tests and results. He referred me to Sandie on the way out to help me pick out glass frames. Dr Kahn recommended a second prescription for my computer use. Great idea. Sandie was exceptional in helping me and recommending frames. Thank you Bay State Eye.
Dr. Kahan is not only a skilled and talented doctor, but he uses his sense of humor and story telling to make you feel relaxed and engaged throughout the exam. His use of the most current technology allows me to feel confident that any potential problems will be caught and treated early!
I took time off work for this appointment. Spoke to them in the morning but when I arrived they tell me I have to pay off pocket after they assured me they took my insurance. She got annoyed bc I was annoyed then proceeded to use sarcasm. I was Extremely frustrated. They acted unprofessional and really didn’t care that they failed to mentioned that I’ll be the one paying off pocket for the visit when I had spoke to them in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend these ppl. They can careless if you are upset. Imagine you confronting them about their actual work. Worst ppl ever. Go somewhere else, RUN AWAY. No stars if possible.
