We absolutely LOVE this place. Everyone is so patient, kind, and helpful. Even though we moved quite far from Waltham, we will still continue going there for our eye care needs because it's just a very special place that we won't be able to find a substitute for.
I give this office no stars absolutely horrible and more then RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! Dr Elston or w e his name is , had an appointment and missed it day after Christmas missed by it by half hour refusing to give me another appointment and was more then RUDEabout it. He has been reported to the state , and has state looking at him for fraud!! Do not go there not worth the head ache
If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Dr. Edelstein and his staff were amazing. After a horrible experience at another place, including a botched exam and wrong prescription, Dr. Edelstein really took his time to examine my eyes and get me the correct prescription. His staff were so friendly and everyone there made me feel like I was heard and valued. I will definitely be doing my yearly routine visits here from now on.
Nobody deserves 5 stars like these guys do. I look forward to my eye exam every year- they take such good care of me! Particularly John really made my day today-- I can't thank you enough!
I had a great experience buying glasses here and got a high quality pair (Moscot + Varilux) for a good price. It took me several visits to figure out what I wanted and I had a lot of questions. John patiently answered them all and was great to work with.
