Bayhead Eye Centre

2026 and Bayhead Eye Centre is still our number one attending optical while in Florida. This has been our third time and have always been made to feel welcome. Dr Patel has always been extremely through and attentive. I have had the pleasure in being treated for dry eyes, which was worth every moment, and returning for more. Coming from the UK and being treated with such grace has made us return over and over again. Staff has always been pleasant and calm natured. Helpful and supportive with all our optical needs. Rico and Sedeena are very knowledgeable and will make sure you leave looking ‘Florida fashionable’ and up to date with the latest designs. After all, we leave in the UK…………boring weather……..so colour and design helps perk us up. Thank you Bayhead team. See you soon xx

Dr. Millien went above and beyond to make sure my visit to her office went incredibly smooth. She is very professional, outgoing, wise, and takes the time to make sure each one of her patients are well taken care of. A special thank you to Rico for taking the time to help me find the perfect pair of eye glasses. I never felt rushed, and I left knowing I got the exact pair of eye glasses I wanted. ​I had a wonderful experience at Bay Head Eye Center, from start to finish! My process began with a very pleasant phone call to schedule my appointment, and the great service continued the moment I walked in and met the reception team.(smiling & friendly) Dr. Patel was truly exceptional an amazing provider—she really took the time to listen to my concerns and was incredibly thorough with the diagnostics with the various exams and was very detailed which made me feel confortable and confident I was in great hands. The exam rooms were very warm, calming & clean and, the vibe and energy was positive and relaxing. Afterward, the technician/optician Rico made the glasses selection process a breeze and was very patient. His customer service was exceptional and he, like my entire interaction with everyone there was very nice. Picking out glasses is a a lot.They have a wonderful array of frames to choose from, he asked me questions to get an understanding of my likes and hence he matched my face, (my nose bridge) style, size and frame color to my comfort and very persinalized. He educated me on all that. From the initial consultation to the final selection, everything was five stars! My entire visit to Bay Head was awesome! Every touchpoint, the reception to the glasses I see 👀 why they are The Best 👌 I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a professional and attentive eye care center home. This is it! You are not just a patient, you are family. Thank you sooo much!

My wife and I could not be happier with the service at Bayhead Eye Centre. We have been patients for several years. The office staff is friendly, professional and customer focused. They are very flexible and always able to accommodate an emergency visit. Dr. Patel is an exceptional doctor. My daughter has been a patient at Bayhead Eye Center for several years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. She always gets a thorough exam, and every staff member treats her with kindness and respect. I especially want to highlight the exceptional professionalism of the office manager after an incident during today’s visit. An adult customer rudely inserted her unsolicited opinion while my daughter was browsing frames, embarrassing her in front of others in the office. The office manager stepped in and handled the situation with complete professionalism and grace. It’s worth noting that this same rude customer left a one-star review claiming Bayhead Eye Center was “not very professional”, when in reality the staff acted with nothing but professionalism. It’s unfortunate when someone behaves poorly and then retaliates with a dishonest review simply because they were held accountable for their own actions. Thank you to the office manager and the entire team at Bayhead Eye Center for always making my daughter feel safe, respected, and valued. You not only stood up for her, but showed her that there are people in this world who will do the right thing. We are grateful and will continue to be loyal patients for years to come!
