I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospital was spotless, well organized, and everyone I encountered was kind, professional, and compassionate. My surgeon, Dr. Le, took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel calm and confident before my procedure. The nurses were attentive and caring, always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. My surgery went smoothly, and the care I received afterward was kind and professional. Thank you for making a stressful experience much easier. I am giving a 5 star to all involved in my surgical experience!

The doctors were very good. Explained what was going on and what was wrong with me. The nurses I. The ER were very nice. Although short handed ( at least it seemed that way) were very nice and helpful. The nurses in my actual room were good and very helpful. Even though I do t like being I. The hospital, they made my stay comfortable and nice as possible.
So unfortunately I'm a frequent flyer here I should have done this earlier but there are some amazing doctors and nurses here that I would like to showcase. There is a nurse Maya that every time I come in and greets me with a big old Angela and huge genuine smile it absolutely makes my whole day. She absolutely rocks. Nurse Larissa as well. Believe I have had the blessing to receive care from her a couple times. Totally remembered me and why I have been there, that treatment better informed a new doctor of the treatment I receive at this awesome Hospital. Lastly, Dr. Zhang. I promise you he is so young and adorable, but it's just that he graduated high school early and did especially Exquisite in medical school. Really down to earth and truly a cared about my ailment and especially the solution for it. This is my favorite Hospital and it's because mostly of the people here. Thank you guys
I personally wouldn’t recommend there L&D Postpartum. Quick story: I had an emergency C-section where I hemorrhaged. They got me together and placed me in postpartum. This is when my care came into question. After having my first C-section, I was in pain, and you know every so often they come and check your vitals. The night tech and nurse came in a little after shift change to check my vitals. She checked my temperature. I had a fever instead of documenting the fever. She rechecked my temperature under my armpit. When questioned about it: She stated the armpit temperature check is more reliable due to it being my core temperature or something of the sort 🚩. When she took my blood pressure (blood pressure was elevated but that was explained away also), my pulse was 123. The tech asked the nurse to look. Her pulse is high. The two waited until my pulse dropped to 120. She documented it and went on her way. When trying to talk with the nurse about it, I was dismissed and told everything was fine. She would go ahead and administer routine medication. I got discharged the following evening still in pain, low-grade fever, and heart racing. But I think it’s normal C-section stuff due to what I was told. 3 days I stayed home with these symptoms. Day four I returned to the ER, pooling blood in my abdomen those symptoms weren’t normal c section pains to be explained away. Two surgeries later and two weeks in the ICU, I learned a life lesson.
I wanted to take a moment to give kudos to the staff here. Despite a staffing shortage over the weekend, they maintained their scheduled rounds and had really amazing attitudes and bedside manner while my Dad was there. He can be a handful and he likes to chat and they were so patient and sweet with him. I could tell they were actually listening to him, while efficiently and effectively performing their expected duties. We were there a few days so we had several interactions with several employees and everyone was wonderful. Also, the facility is SO nice and clean. We felt as comfortable as you can in a hospital. THANK YOU to everyone on Floor 4 - Ortho! Your kindness and care were not overlooked.
