Angela took my blood today for labs and she was so welcoming and sweet. I always have a TERRIBLE time with people pricking me multiple times to take blood because I have a difficult vein. She got it on the first try and it was painless. She turned what was an event I always get nervous about into a kind and easy one. Such a sweetie!

If you ever need lab work done, ask for Ms. Cherokee if you can! She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and makes her patients feel completely at ease. I had to have several blood draws, and she made the entire experience so much less stressful. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommend her!

Today is 04/17/2026. I’ve been having unbearable pain that diminishes my quality of life and affects my daily functioning, for s long time now, seeing another gastroenterologist at another facility who transferred me to Dr De Los Santos. My lab test shows how bad the situation has gotten. Yet, I got an appointment for MID SEPTEMBER. That is 5 MONTHS. 5 MONTHS where many things can happen. 5 MONTHS that can be the difference between something curable or not. 5 MONTHS where they don’t give a damn about my well-being. 5 MONTHS of disease progression without any care.

I’m not sure what Madison is referring to, but from my experience the phlebotomists there are usually college students. Naturally, that makes working with babies more challenging, but they really do their best. Brant was especially helpful and did a great job with my baby nephew. His lighthearted jokes even calmed us down, and I feel like this person is taking things out of context.

This one star review is for the lab on the first floor. My 15 month old daughter needed her blood drawn per her pediatrician and we've been dreading it for weeks. I finally took her today and our experience was awful. I wish I remember the guys name who brought us back. Brett, Brant, something like that - young guy. Was OBVIOUSLY new and didn't quite know what he was doing. As soon as he brought us back he laughed and said "awww man, thought it said 15 year old not 15 MONTH old" .. sorry to disappoint? The lady helping him asked "did you verify the name and DOB" and he looked at me and laughed and said "oh can you verify name and DOB." Then they start trying to put the needle in my baby's arm.. he can't get it (of course), lady training him tries and can't get it (of course). They FINALLY bring in someone who knows what she's doing. She was very sweet, her name started with an S. And she finally got it. Zero compassion. Zero professionalism. I was crying, she was SOBBING. After 3 freaking attempts they finally finished it. WHY ON EARTH would you not get someone who is experienced to do this on a 15 month old in the first place????? WILL NEVER BE BACK. I'm so upset. I work in health care and I try to be the best patient possible because I GET IT.. but this is absolutely ridiculous. Thank God my husband wasn't there because he absolutely would have flipped. Thanks for scarring my daughter for life. I would really like if someone would contact me and apologize.
