Eye Care Center

I had an excellent experience at the Eye Care Center! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk staff who made me feel comfortable right away. The office was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. A special thank you to Marco, the office manager, for his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Dr. Bruton took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of my eye care. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend the Eye Care Center to anyone looking for exceptional care, a knowledgeable staff, and a comfortable, welcoming environment.

First off, it was super easy to get an appointment and from the moment I walked in, EVERYONE was friendly, kind and helpful. I stopped by because of the location being near my home, work, gym and favorite Starbucks. They seem to have up to date technology for getting your the best exam and fittings possible. I felt like they were trying to get me liquored up at first when I got there as everyone kept offering me something to drink including Champagne! True Southern Hospitality. Dr. House and all the technicians took their time with me. They made me feel like I was a priority and not just another customer and I had never been in there before. He took their time to listen to me and answer all of my questions and concerns. Then I was put with Kristen! If I didn’t think she was already working at an amazing place, I would hire her to come work for me! Kristen like many of us was a little cold at first, but once we broke the ice and got to know each other, we could not stop laughing. Again, I’m picky as all get out and she let me try on every frame I wanted to and took their time to make sure I was comfortable. Once I made a selection, I was a little taken aback when she said it might be 3 weeks before I got the glasses back with the proper frames in them. I felt like that was a LONG wait, but at 49 years old I have never bought glasses, so maybe thats normal. I felt like the price was fair. Then, the very next day, Kristen called to tell me that my glasses were ready and I could come pick them up. I wore them over the weekend while driving and truly were perfect. I loved them so much that I stopped in again this week to order prescription sunglasses since I need them for distance and drive a lot during the day. Once again, I asked for Kristen when I got there and we laughed and cracked up and found great sunglasses and broke apart a pair of my existing ones to make them into sunglasses as well. She made the whole process like dealing with a best friend. You’ve got some truly great people working for you there! I can’t wait for my sunglasses to come in!

Eye Care Center staff are always courteous and helpful. The office is clean and inviting. My doctor is so nice and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for many years, and will continue to come back every year.

My first time coming here and the service was 10/10! ✨ The optometrist was super nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything throughly. The staff helped me out with choosing the right glasses for me. They were ALL very sweet and kind. I would definitely be coming back for my yearly exams.

I’ve always had very positive experiences at Eye Care Center in College Station, TX. I LOVE Dr. Dobson! She’s a great listener, never makes me feel rushed during appointments, and always thoughtfully considers the best treatment plan based on what I tell her.
