If you need new glasses, ask for Wendy! She has the best, most bubbly energy and made the whole process so much fun. She immediately got my style—the very first pair of glasses she picked out were the exact ones I fell in love with and bought. Super fast, helpful, and an amazing overall experience!
I had an excellent experience here! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now but this was a stand out visit for sure. Ms. Riley who took me back to do my initial exam was awesome and so incredibly kind. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. She was so nice and I really think she seems like someone you would record for a training manual. Ms. Brooke over in contacts was super quick, concise, and well informed on what I needed. I felt like I was in great hands with her! My final standout was Ms. Wendy in glasses. I’ve been ordering my own glasses and have always had questions but have been afraid to ask. I finally just asked for help with my glasses and man did Ms. Wendy know what she was doing! She gave me the world’s quickest and more thorough workshop in understanding my glasses and what the measurements mean. She provided me a thorough understanding and education on my glasses and tips on picking the best ones for myself. These 3 ladies were excellent and stellar. Very grateful!
Wendy at the Holland Road location is AWESOME and very professional. She even took the time to listen to me talk about my journey of being a caregiver to my Mom, who has Dementia. I always have an amazing experience at Beach Eye Care! I’ve been bringing my children and myself here since 2020 and it’s always a pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk staff, technicians, and patient care coordinators all made my family and myself comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Sears is absolutely amazing, kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Wendy was also wonderful and went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. The entire team truly provides exceptional patient care. Wendy is the greatest! Wendy has been amazing throughout my whole experience at the eye doctor. She made everything so easy and stress-free while helping me pick out my glasses and explaining everything clearly. On top of that, she’s genuinely funny and made the whole visit way more enjoyable.
