I would like to thank Kathryn Taylor, OD and her team at the Volvo Beach Eye Care, located in Chesapeake, VA. From making an appointment to receiving my contacts and glasses the team did not miss a beat. The level of professionalism and empathy they exhibited was beyond expectation. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and the check-in process was smooth and fast. Once checked in I was greeted by the medical assistances and going through the different types of exams was comfortable and they explained each exam process very thoroughly an in a way that I could understand what was going on. When Dr. Taylor and I spoke and we review my eyes, she explained not only what was going on, but what might happen to my eyes in the future. she listed to my concerns and issues that I have had in the past, and she reassured me that my issues would be addressed. Not only were my issues addressed and I got the correct glasses and contacts. The personal who fitted my for my glasses, was extremely upbeat and wanted me to have something that I was comfortable with and they work as designed for my reading and viewing needs. Over all this has been a wonderful experience, because it has been years of trying to get the right prescription, glasses, and contacts to be able to see clearly and comfortable. The Volvo Beach Eye Care team, really exceeded my expectation, and that is why I will be returning to them for any appointments in the future.
