I called to make an appointment with my contacts and they told me that it was not possible. I told them that my insurance only covers my glasses that I was going to pay for the contact lens consultation and they told me that the girl who attended me was not very rude, I really need to go to consultation

Horrible awful place I went here I believe last year and I had no insurance at the time and paid all my consultations out of pocket and later on they kept on harassing me that I owed money they started with $25 and then they built up to $180 I don’t have an Idea how they came up with that amount, I will consult with a lawyer and press charges at this scam place!
I only came here because they were supposedly in network with my insurance. But they were actually more expensive than other places, supposedly out of network. Their communication is also terrible. I was told my contact lenses order would be ready in a week. That time came and went without any communication from them. When I called them, they told me some of the contacts were back ordered, as if I should have known. Then they gave me a new date, which came and went without any communication. When I finally went to pick them up, I couldn’t just pick them up. I had to sit around the waiting room for some unknown reason while the person who ended helping me seemed to be doing busywork. Honestly, their customer service is terrible & they are way too expensive for the service they provide. Even Target does a better job. 2 stars because the actual doctors were friendly and competent.
This place is a joke. I arrived for my 8:45 appointment and there was a guys with an 8:30 and a 9:00 waiting with me all for the same doctor. I saw the doctor roll in at 9 or shortly after. The other two guys got called before me. I was waiting until almost 10:00 and they told me I’d be waiting a while as they only had one tech. It’s really sad doctors offices like this can’t respect people’s time. I had to leave as they couldn’t tell me how long I’d be waiting and I had another appointment I needed to get to. Very poor customer experience.
I had a great experience with this location. The front desk 10 stars, and Dr. Go 10 stars. Everyone from Jacqueline to all the staff in the front desk, thank you so much!! The doctor was amazing, they fit me in for a eye appointment with debris in my eye, the doctor was extremely delicate, and extremely professional. They made me feel welcomed, the front desk is the nicest I've ever met:) I highly recommend this location. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I recommend this place to friends and family 100%. Thank you again, from Kim K
