Prior to Richard selling his practice I was absolutely thrilled with my custom made eye glasses. However, since he sold his practice the new company has been a complete and utter disaster. The so called manager needs a lesson in customer service, and they don’t have a phone in the store! I had to schedule an appointment for an adjustment and when the optometrist adjusted my frames he chipped one of my lenses. The manager gave me my glasses asked how they felt. I said fine. I left the store by the time I got home. I looked in the mirror and realized the lens was chipped. I immediately called them to inform them about the chipped lens. That was March 20rh. It’s April 11th, I am still waiting for my lens. Service is not their strong point.

Owner, Richard, is a great businessman. He listens to your needs... Examples: eyeglass repair, new glasses within AN HOUR!!!, eye exam, SUNGLASS SPECIALIST with nice discounts.... My go to optical store in Delray is ONLY: BEACH OPTICAL on federal hwy Bobby Delray

Great Place! Tons of selections and great prices! My old glasses broke recently and I needed new ones immediately, Beach Optical was quick and easy. I was out with a new pair of fantastic glasses within 30 minutes! Richard was excellent and helpful, Dr.Goldberg was great in the eye exam. Truly professional!

Today the day before Mother’s Day I was helping my husband and I accidentally sat on his glasses !! Needless to say he was upset ..and the frames were bent!…so I found Beach Optical in Delray on federal highway….arrived here at the store and within minutes,Joel,the owner fixed the glasses…what service!!!! if you go to his shop you will not be disappointed!!!Thank you so much!!!
