Delray Medical and Dental

On the 12th I went in for a deep cleaning and I must say the staff is amazing. They made me feel right at home. The dentist was phenomenal. She took her time doing service making sure I was comfortable every step of the way! By the time I checked in the nurse was calling my name to go back for services. No wait time at all. My exit was nothing short of amazing meeting the receptionist name Eriel she was very friendly making sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. I will most definitely be returning. Great job guys💕

I feel confident and safe while under the care of the professionals at Delray Medical. Everyone is kind, supportive, and caring. The office is clean and comfortable. The treatment rooms are private, very clean, and comfortable. The front desk is friendly, check-out is quick, knowledgeable of services and charges, and very friendly.

I had a wonderful visit with the Dr today. She’s super sweet and they make sure to go over all your issues. I have to call them because of a medication that insurance won’t pay. Which does t make sense. I do believe with everything in me that the office will handle this issue. They see how bad of shape I’m in. I would recommend people to this office. 1) I was an emergency (last minute same day appointment) 2) checking in was easy and front desk are very nice. 3) the nurse went through everything I was there for. 4) Dr came in shortly after and was so nice and went over and checked me out, she showed us how I can get help at home if needed and what to do if I have hard time. 5) the guy that made my next appointment and helped me with a referral for something else I need to do. 6) they made sure I had an appointment for a week later to see how it’s going, 6). It was just a great experience and I’m so happy I went to see them with my illness. :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daisy Eviel provided outstanding service. From scheduling my appointment to answering my questions, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and organized. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the process smooth and stress-free. She was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist whenever needed. Her positive attitude made me feel comfortable and happy throughout my experience. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the office.

Daisy was awesome very nice and knowledgeable, she explained medical procedures in a very simplistic way. Dr. Hernandez was also very nice and detailed about the procedure. Melisa was very sweet and was able to do MRI without taking my necklace off which was great because I couldn’t get it off. Michelle was sweet as well did a good job with making sure all paperwork was completed.
