Very welcoming and nice office. Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Thatcher was wonderful, patient, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. She explained all the things that she was doing throughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Thatcher because she has knowledge about things outside of the normal eye issues.
A new patient, but was made to feel like an old friend. From setting up my appointment, through checkout, I had a terrific experience with Dr. Thatcher and her staff. Great selection of eyewear as well - excited for my new glasses/sunglasses combo!
Loved this practice! Very nice staff and the doctor was very thorough. After years of getting glasses that weren’t quite right, I finally feel like I can see!
Dr Thatcher is very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all my questions and I got more out of the appointment with her than an appointment I had with a neuro ophthalmologist. I highly recommend her and her staff!
Everyone here was so polite and very helpful! I had a hard time paying with my new insurance and the front desk ladies were extremely kind, patient, and helpful! My eye exam was quick and thorough! Very nice and professional place! :)
