Bean Station Eye Care

This is an Angel review only not Ashley! I’m going to do an Ashley review and she rocks a “5+”! Although Angel is super nice and has a great personality, medically speaking, I don’t trust her and that’s why you’re seeing her. She forgets to do what she’s says she’s going to do then when you call the office for her to fix it, she doesn’t. Or if she’s kind enough to do a phone consult, and you ask for something specific for a specific reason, she changes it (like ordering you a med you can’t tolerate when you asked for a specific medication which is a non narcotic that has worked in the past and is a common medication) and then not fixing the error. Additionally, she doesn’t hold true to her word. She will say that she will order you XYZ and ABC and then only order you XYZ. I’ve had this problem come up numerous times and it seems to be more than just a mistake at this point, it’s a choice. To this extent, I really do not enjoy seeing Angel when I’m there for Ashley instead. And I usually ask if she’s going to be there.

My family and I have been going to Ashley since she opened her doors. You can not ask for a better person. She actually listened to your problems and treats it head on. There are so many amazing things I could say about her and her staff. Just know if you need someone you can trust and depend on Ashley is the best there is, no matter how far you drive.

Ashley and her staff are amazing! She's one of the first to take the time to check everything out and helped me figure out what is going on. I take my kids there also. They are very comfortable talking to her about what's wrong and she's learned their personalities and knows how to approach each one.

The staff at Hometown Medical are the best, very supportive, supportive and personable. I feel so blessed to be a patient there.

I’ve never had a medical provider as REAL as Ashley! I’m a “hard” case, but Ashley is a hard core, determined, professional, and an experienced provider able and confident. She knows just what to say, and she treats people with respect, kindness, and compassion! She won’t stop until she figures out what is going on medically, and/or emotionally. When you meet Ashley, you MET Ashley, not some uptight, stuffy suited, self righteous Dr. that just wants to file your insurance and get you out of their musty smelly office after waiting for 3 hrs. and only seeing the doctor for 5 minutes or less. The wait time in her office is about the same time she spends with her patients, 15-30 minutes. With Ashley, I feel super comfortable telling her the honest truth about what’s going on with me. I k know she’s going to listen to me without judgment. She also has another provider in the office with her. Her name is Stacey. I’ve seen her once for a sick visit. She was pleasant and professional. She took time with me, and she gave me some good advice. She’s a great fit for the office. I feel and know that I’m super blessed to have found a dr. that knows her medicine and loves her patients!! Thank you Hometown staff, and thank you Ashley and Stacey. You guys are helping Bean Station and surrounding areas to be a healthier, thriving and stronger community.
