Took my son here for the first time yesterday and the experience was great! Ladies at the front desk were super nice and Miss Erica and Dr. Villalobos were just amazing! Total sweethearts and they were so amazing with my son. I highly recommend this place!!
It was overall a great experience! I was a bit nervous about the eye exam but the assistant was so polite and nice. Dr Villalobos was amazing, she listened to my concerns and questions and answered thoroughly. Finally, Mr. Rene was super helpful explaining costs for frames and all the extras I wanted. I am really grateful I chose to come here and will be coming back in the future.

I have been going to Bella Vista since it opened. Even when I moved out of the area, I still travel to Bella Vista for my eye care. The staff is professional and friendly and Dr Villalobos is absolutely amazing. I have recommended Bella Vista to several family members and friends and they have all had the same experience that I do. I love the personal attention I get every time I have a visit. Bella Vista will always be my first choice for my eye care.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Villalobos. Staff was friendly and efficient. We went in on a Wednesday, myself and three young adults. Vision examined and glasses ordered for everyone. Received 2 of 4 within days. Very pleased with the service! Have recommended friends and colleagues and will continue to do so!
