Yesterday I went in as a walk in. And honestly after years of coming and also bringing my kids here. Yesterday will be the last day going. One front desk receptionist with long black hair has been so rude. Doesn’t make you feel welcomed and has a horrible attitude, looks at your dumb. I wanted to tell her you get paid to smile and get paid to be respectful for clients. I don’t why Dr.Barrera would have someone like her working for her. She giving her clinic a BAD REPUTATION. ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF WAS AMAZING . Actually, nice and not short like the way she was. And Dr. Barrera Eye since you corrected my son yesterday during the visit. You can also correct your staff as well Or just that one employee I’ll give you a hint she was coughing a lot.

Dr. Barrera is AMAZING. She definitely cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to me when I explained that my last optometrist gave me the wrong prescription. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new optometrist!

No sense or urgency for their patients, they had me waiting for 3 hours just for some glasses. Horrible attitude from the workers there too, worker got annoyed and rolled her eyes when I asked when I’d be next. And their service is not good at all, need to practice on professionalism/ communication with costumers.

Walking into the premise, I was helped right away. The staff was very kind and customer service oriented. Dr. Vasquez was very kind and helpful. She was able to explain everything in detail. Excellent overall!

Dr. Barrera is the best! She's very friendly and always makes you feel like you're talking to family. My family tried many different eye doctors before we found Dr. Barrera. I've been her patient since I was a pre-teen, and I'm now taking my own children to her. She is the best optometrist I've ever been to! I would not go anywhere else.
