Jackie is a rockstar. She has so much knowledge in her craft that she knows the answer before you ask. She has so much patience and poise. I witness this with a customer who could t understand that Jackie could not get a type of prescribed contacts. Any questions ask for Jackie.

Great experience with the staff at this location. They accepted my vision insurance for my glasses and I got 40% off my sunglasses for being a plus member. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to come here.

Stop by for exam, door said Saturday 8-5pm but the 2 receptionists turned backs on me and discuss every excuse to not see,, from appointments only to I would have a long wait since the ONLY person able to, left for lunch. At least others would attempt to see you and keep the customer.I overheard them not seeing anyone after 2pm.. its still quarter till 2

Great customer services amazing opticians.

I am disappointed with the level of service I received at this optician's, specifically from the manager. When I initially went to file a complaint, the manager refused to help and told me to wait for one of his employees to return. I had to return several times without any progress or support, which caused unnecessary delays and a great deal of frustration. Once the employee finally returned, he was very helpful, professional, and friendly. I truly appreciated his assistance. However, the fact that I had to wait for a single person and was unable to receive assistance from the manager beforehand is unacceptable and reflects poor management at this office. I expected more accountability and a better response from leadership.
