The staff was kind and helpful when I first arrived on Saturday. I was told my glasses would be ready for pickup by 12:30 PM on Sunday, and I even received a text message Saturday night stating they were ready. When I arrived around 12:40 PM on Sunday, I was informed that my prescription glasses were not actually ready. While waiting, I noticed employees sitting at the front talking instead of assisting customers or preparing orders. This was disappointing and came across as unprofessional. I was also disappointed that my vision insurance was not accepted, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of approximately $430 for my exam and glasses. Although I appreciate the staff members who were courteous and helpful at the beginning of my visit, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I will not be returning.

Ramon was an excellent person and a great manager — truly a people person. He’s an outstanding individual who knows how to treat customers with care and respect. He helped us with all our questions for our new eyeglasses and made the entire experience easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to get glasses. The eye doctor was great as well, and everyone else at this location provided wonderful service today.

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Angie. She helped me get my contact lens prescription and made the entire process easy and stress free. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She also informed me about a great contact lens deal that was going on, which helped me save money.Thank you, Angie, for the excellent customer service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ms. Angie. We immediately could tell she was very service oriented and wanted to give us the best experience. She asked of our preference and was quick to bring us different choices to see, being very attentive. As first time customers here we didn’t know what to expect, but she explained each step in detail and really helped us get oriented to the whole process. She was also very gracious to our second appointment when we were late and she even went above and beyond to work with our limited budget to the best of her ability. Overall we truly appreciated her positive, helpful disposition and would absolutely recommend Ms. Angie to anyone who needs glasses or contacts. Thank you!

Loved it ! First time visiting and was able to book an appointment right away. Erica was super helpful and nice, loved how attentive she was to us! Would definitely recommend going if you’re planning on looking for a new Eye Care clinic.
