They take forever had an appointment at 9 am entered the office 8:30 thinking maybe they'd see me soon nothing still in the waiting area been here 2 hours and still waiting. They need to work on not over scheduling 😡😤 Do better please. People have other appointments to attend to. That's why we schedule early to get out early. That is ridiculous and whats even worst is that there are plenty of bad reviews addressing the wait time and nothing is being done.

I will always be thankful for Dr. Arguello! Literally saved my vision; he never gave up & gave me hope to have a second chance! Crazy to think that I almost ended up with a glass eye because other eye doctors had given up on me. Great & friendly people & a very calm place!

Dr Arguello had an amazing bed side manner. Welcomed me to the office. Was very reassuring advising me that he & all of the staff have been vaccinated for COVID. He explained everything that he was doing & made sure to ask if I had any questions. Would & have recommended.

He is an amazing Dr who cares from the bottom of his heart. I would recommend him to anyone. I had a serious eye problem and his expertise and experience kept me from losing sight in one of my eyes. I am a Winter Texan and I always see him when I first arrive in the RGV and see him again before I head north in the spring. I can't say enough about him. He and his office staff are amazing.

This doctor was amazing. He took the time to explain every thing to me, I didn’t feel rushed (like I had at another office) his staff was amazing. To all you other doctors out there that can barely take the time to put your patients at ease, much less calm their fears, I suggest you come see this doctor and take notes.
