They treat their patients with great care and concern. Dr. Kavoor is the nicest doc ever! I always feel appreciated and well cared for when I leave - try them and you will see.

I call so many times and never get to speak to someone. I'm prompted to leave a message, and nobody ever calls back. I have to call obsessively at all times of days, and nobody calls back. I guess I have to drive all the way over there and talk to them in person. During past couple of appointments, Dr Khalil is incredibly rude and impatient with my father who has dementia. I would rate this clinic zero stars if there was the option.

(Updated below) NEVER GO HERE. During the exam they were very rude. They didn't tell us anything and then afterwards they charged us for an exam we never got and never needed. When the time came to pick up my daughters new glasses, they just handed them to her and said goodbye. So, we had to go elsewhere to have them properly fitted. We also ordered contact lenses and paid extra for a fitting for them, but they never showed up. Everytime we call them the lady on the phone behaves like she hates customers and we are the ones treating her poorly. Bad service, bad product, and charges extra for nothing. Stay away! Update Oct 1, after seing this review they magically found the missing contacts, but what they also found was an additional invoice of $157 for the glasses 😞.

This is our first time in this office , the doctors are so nice and so concerned about ours health and conditions of our eyes also they have made sure anything that you don’t understand they will slowly explain it for you , I am sure I have chosen the right place . I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Timely. Caring. Informative. And, I have total confidence in my surgeon! A great experience any way you look at it. Highly recommend Houston Eye Associates, West Houston location!
