My daughter and I visit was top tier. This is a very nice, clean, doctor's office. The staff is very pleasant and Dr. Wooten is very pleasant. She explained everything that was to know about our eye exam. The young ladies who did the x-ray of our eyes were very detailed about what expect with the all the eye tests that we did. I'm glad we found Dr. Wooten.
The doctor and staff here are absolutely awesome! Since moving to Katy, I had to switch eye doctors, and this was only my second or third visit. Today, I needed to be seen because of an eye injury, and they were able to get me in the same day. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They moved quickly, took great care of me, prescribed the medication I needed, and got me in and out without making me feel rushed. I genuinely felt valued and cared for throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism, compassion, and kindness I received, especially during a stressful situation. It means a lot to know I have an eye doctor and staff I can trust. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me!
Went in first time for new contacts and exam!! Last minute appointment but they had open availability and I was so happy! Really quick and easy and a great visit when they are in network with insurance! Dr Wooten was so helpful and communicative. I believe her name was Ajanae, could be wrong, she was fairly new but so sweet and kind to me! Great customer service overall. Will be my new primary vision office🩶
The whole experience was awesome! Dr. Le was very informative in her exam. I even helped her with a little IT issue she had with a browser. Great employees all around
My experience at Brilliant Eye Doctors with Dr. Le was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Le took the time to thoroughly explain each test and ensured I understood everything before the exam, which I really appreciated. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, and the entire visit was efficient—I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
