Once again, John Orlanski provided an over the top customer service experience . John was very professional and friendly. He definitely knows how to make you feel special while providing quick, expert service with a smile. John is one of the main reasons I’ve continued returning to Berkeley for my exams and glasses.
I've been coming to Berkeley Eye Center for at least 5 years. I have always had a great experience here, the staff is friendly and the doctors really care for their patients. They always make you feel welcomed and valued. I will recommend this office to anyone in Katy and in Houston who needs eye care. The office is always busy, but they manage to see you promptly. They have great selection of frames and lenses at a very good price. If you need an eye doctor book your appointment here. You will be glad you did!
Dr. Doe and staff are amazing. I was going in weekly because of eyes not behaving after cataract surgery. Each Dr and nurse were patient. I struggled and wasn't sure if I'd be able to see good or decent again. But they each had faith and took time to assure me.
Most pleasant experience dealing with Jennifer on the optical department. Actually everyone in the optical area is so nice and friendly. Lisa at The front desk was so kind. Doctor exp was very caring and took her time speaking with me.
These people are wonderful and I highly recommend them. My optometrist recommended I go to man eye clinic. I didn't like them and went for a second opinion with Dr Whitsett and they failed me on the surgery schedule bought and paid for. Berkeley is the best and Dr. Erin Doe turned out to be the surgeon I needed to keep me playing the sports I enjoy.
