I love the online scheduler, automated text messages to remind you of your appointment and once you’re there such a thorough and efficient center with friendly staff. I had my appointment at noon and by 5:15. I was picking up my new prescriptions in my glasses. But yikes, I don’t have insurance, so that hurt a little bit. But I do enjoy coming here for my eye needs.

Had appointment with Dr. Ramp yesterday as a new patient. I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Ramp spent with me and discussed not just my vision but the different aspects of an eye condition I have that I see an eye specialist for. It's good to know that he is current and a part of the whole eye care medical caregiving group in the Austin area. His staff was friendly, helpful, and also efficient. I'm delighted with the care provided and looking forward to the new glasses I'll be getting.

Dr. Ramp is very kind, knowledgable, and helpful. He listened to my concerns and recommended a type of prescription to meet my needs. The tech was also very kind and patient. The price of the frames are not displayed so choosing frames based on your budget is a mystery. Overall it was a good experience!
