I highly recommend Oak Hill Eye Care. It is Austin born and family operated. It is very easy to make the appointment online. There is a high level of competence and efficiency in the operation of the office amongst the relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, personable and readily available if help is needed. The exam is quick, and precise, but not rushed. Dr. Tybor is great at taking the time to answer any questions that come up during the exam. He is very knowledgeable about different treatment options and what best fits the patient and their lifestyle. Thank you Dr. Tybor and Oak Hill Eye Care for making my experience peaceful and with much comfort. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Everything from the front desk, to our eye exams, to selecting our eyewear was a wonderful experience. The front desk and checkout staff were friendly, welcoming, and courteous, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Dr. Li is, without a doubt, the best eye doctor I have ever seen. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire exam. She has an exceptional bedside manner, took the time to answer all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. I truly can’t give Dr. Li enough stars or praise. She is an outstanding physician, and I would gladly follow her wherever she practices. The lady who helped me select my eyewear was also friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Tyler, who assisted me last year, was just as kind and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the consistently excellent customer service. Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service.

Dr. John Tybor is so personable and professional and I genuinely appreciate his expertise and knowledge. His staff is also very professional and pleasant. I have a long history at Oak Hill Eye Care and plan to continue my eye care with them as long as I live in the Austin area.

From the moment I walked in the door, acknowledged by the receptionist. Got checked in and then waited to be called. Wait was short even though I was early. Went through the preliminary check up for the Dr and then saw Dr. We reviewed the findings and he was very thorough in explaining everything. My experience with choosing new frames was equally astounding. She brought a wide selection of frames and we narrowed down to the perfect pair. All in all it couldn’t have been better.
