Pak Family Eye Care OD Inside Costco

I am not one to write many reviews, but I wanted to share my experience at Pak Family Eye Care. Dr. Linda is the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. She took the time to make sure my contacts were fitted correctly and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was how thoroughly she educated me about my eyes and overall eye health in a way no other doctor ever has. I left my appointment feeling informed, empowered, and confident about my vision care. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for them. I highly recommend Dr. Linda to anyone looking for an eye doctor who truly goes above and beyond.

The team at Pak Family Eye Care is top notch. Everything ran smoothly and on time. I told them I'm autistic, slow, and easily overwhelmed and I'm not sure if they took extra care and patience with me or if they're just that great all the time. They talked me through each of the tests which really helped me not be nervous. I also liked how calm and efficient Dr. Kim Nguyen, the staff and the office were in general. If you're nervous about eye exams, this is a great place to go!

I recently had a complete eye exam under the care of Dr. Kim Nguyen, O.D. She is not only a very fine Optometrist, but extremely professional and detailed in her communication. She answered all of my questions and I felt like she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend Pak Family Eye Care to anyone wanting the best care for their vision needs.

My family has been going to Pak Family Eye Care for several years and we LOVE this place. Dr Linda Pak is amazing, the whole staff is very polite and friendly. One of my favorite things about this place is that they NEVER, ever put pressure on you to buy any additional services or treatments. I don't think they sell frames or contacts at all, Dr Pak might ask if I plan to buy them at Costco (since their office is in the same building) and I say yes, and that's it. If I ask they recommend a particular brand of contacts. So in summary: No predatory sales tactics and excellent customer service!
