Bensenville Eye Care is the Best!!! I Love how Friendly everyone in the office is. They really take the time to Do a thorough eye exam before you even see the Doctor. Dr. Gretchen Maynard is very Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. She is very passionate about her job. She explains exactly what's going on with your eyes and answers your questions throughout the exam. Dr. Gretchen is the Best!!!
I went to Bensenville Eye Care today for an eye exam for contacts and glasses and had a really good experience. The doctor was very detailed and explained everything clearly. She even suggested dilation to make sure my eyes were healthy, which made me feel confident in the care I received. The front staff were amazing too—super kind, helpful, and had great attitudes. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Until today, I have only had eye exams at mall eyeglass shops. Even worked for one for many years in the lab. This being my first time experiencing an independent optometrist, I wasn't really sure what to expect. I expected it to be better than the mall shop but not this much better. Kudos to the B-ville eye care crew!
Dr. Maynard is so wonderful! I am someone who has a bit of phobia regarding my eyes. Everyone makes me feel so comfortable. They explain everything very clearly. They really take their time with me. Highly recommend!!!
I went to Bensenville Eye Care as a brand new patient today. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Gretchen Maynard was so wonderful, and even took the time to re-examine and discuss an eye abnormality with me. I left feeling informed about my situation and well-cared for!
